Cloth Rayon Program Tassels with slide bob the next size longer than your binding edge.
For example: If your binding is 8-1/2" order 10". If your binding is 11" order 12"

Twist n tie will work on programs 11 3/4" and smaller as you tie the bottom end in a knot
to secure the program or menu pieces.

Metallic Elastic Tassels should be 1/2" to 1" smaller than program to stretch snug
